Android 10 Features for OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro
In this section, we have listed some of the things which are new with the Android 10 on the OnePlus 7 and also how we found it to be on the OnePlus 7. Anyways, with that being said, let us now take a look at the first new thing about the latest Android 10.
Dark Mode (Thumbs up!)
One of the most requested features by the Android users is now finally there with the Android 10. Yes, the system-wide Dark Mode is finally there with the Android 10. And We found it to be pretty Accurate almost all the times. Now, we are not saying that it is perfect, there is still some room for improvements, but for the most part, it looks quite good especially to those who are a fan of dark mode UI. We were not expecting this feature to be out with this version, but thumbs up to the OnePlus for bringing it in the first update itself.

A lot of Gestures (OnePlus Fixed it!)
Now, this version of Android comes with a lot of Gestures. And when we say a lot, we literally mean a lot! Google calls this 2-button navigation and has decided to kill it with their version of Android 10. They actually decided to stick back to the three softkeys design.
Anyways, you do get a lot of Gestures support. Now, you do need to get used to them for a while. But once you do, the chances are that you will never get back on them. Also, there was a glitch with the Gestures which turned out to be a serious concern. But OnePlus did a fantastic job of kinda “fixing” this glitch by limiting the swipe gesture to bottom 75% of the display.
The Functional Volume Slider
Now, this is one of those little features which are really worth mentioning. If you are an Android user for quite a while now, then the chances are that you are already fed up of adjusting volumes on your Device. The way you usually do this is by simply pressing the Volume keys and tapping on the Settings button which takes you to the settings app.
Well, with the OnePlus version of Android 10, tapping on the button will show up other volume sliders side by side without opening the Settings app on your OnePlus 7. This might be a little one, but it is handy for sure. You still get the Settings shortcut for adjusting more preferences.
And a lot more!
OnePlus has really done a lot of other tidbits with their version of Android 10 for the OnePlus 7 which makes it more functional and stable. For instance, the users can now shoot video with the ultra-wide lens. Not to forget, we also get a redesigned settings menus which looks quite sick. And there’s a lot more which we would like you guys to explore on your own.
So, guys, this was our post on Android 10 for OnePlus 7 Pro. We hope that you guys found this post useful. Let us know what do you guys think about the Android 10 in the comments section down below.
